Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the portal flow and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Parcel

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we will track the shipment automatically as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
